The pH value ranges between 2 and 5, indicating its acidic nature. At 25ºC, its viscosity is measured to be less than 200 mPa·s, which denotes a relatively low thickness.
The anionic version is also a white ionic emulsion, maintaining a solid content of around 35% with a tolerance of ±1%.
Its pH level lies between 5 and 8, suggesting a neutral to slightly alkaline characteristic. The viscosity at 25ºC is below 100 mPa·s, making it less viscous compared to the cationic type.
Applications:
This product is highly versatile and suitable for use in a wide range of paper and cardboard applications. It can be utilized in the production of printing wrapping paper, writing paper, food wrapping paper, cable wrapping paper, and many other types.
Typically, the product is added directly to the pulp during the manufacturing process. Additionally, it can be combined with rosin glue and a neutral sizing agent to achieve effective sizing results.
When incorporating this product into the pulp, the recommended dosage is between 15 to 20 kilograms per metric ton of pulp. Alongside this, aluminum sulfate is applied at a dosage of 15 to 20 kilograms per metric ton of pulp. For optimal results, the pH value of the pulp should be maintained in the range of 4.5 to 5.0.
